the presidency broke the shocking news that the governor of the
Central Bank of Nigeria, Sanusi Lamido has been suspended, while were
still trying to recover from the shock, Sanusi himself came on
National TV (CNBC) saying;
"you can suspend me but you can't kill the truth."
He also said he will come back to Nigeria to challenge the action,
otherwise other CBN Governors will no longer have the boldness to
speak out when things are going wrong. Finally Sanusi revealed he is
not ready to come back to the seat of the governor of the CBN!
The president also just announced that the Managing Director of Zenith
Bank Godwin Emefiele is to replace Saniusi as the CBN governor, his
name has been forwarded to the senate.
